Symple targets people who like to send personal packages to friends and family, as well as small businesses that wants to connect with their customers through excellent delivery experience.
People want to be able to share fresh home-made food and send gifts, and businesses want to send out customers’ orders swiftly, all from their comfort zone.
So the product is created to fosters personal and business relationships, by letting users set up pickup or delivery requests from anywhere, with real-time tracking.
Two main groups of users were identified through the research - individuals who want to share personal items with their friends and family, mostly homemade food. The second group is small businesses that run from home, having the need to get orders delivered to their customers promptly.
